Grandchildren Greyson, Kayla More…, Sydney, Mia, Aaron (only redhead) and Ally. Have 2 great Grands Emmett & Kimberleigh. Another due around Christimas.

My brothers Larry Brown and Garry Brown from class of 1970 have both passed away. Larry 20 years ago, and Garry on 7/28/2010. Not sure how many people remember them but they were the smallest in the ROTC picture and they couldn't even find uniforms to fit them. They had both been Firemen with AFD.

School Story or Favorite Memory:

Double R's. Remember juice can curlers and early morning practice with the band. The cold muddy game against Corpus Christi at the field next to McCallum. Also remember pre-game papering of the football players homes. Mrs Flury, Mr Elkins and Mr Teal. All a lot of crazy stuff.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Work in garden and go to Grandkids Softball and Football games.

What is the farthest you have traveled?

California to the west, Mexico to the south, Kansas to the North and Florida to the east.

Did you ever skip school and if so, what did you do?

No, I was sort of a scarey cat. Scare of my parents and Mrs. Dean.

What's your favorite kind of food or restaurant?

Chinese, Italian, VietNamese, Texas BBQ

If you don't live in Austin, how often do you get back to visit?

Just moved to Leander. Does that count as not living in Austin. LOL

What is your favorite movie(s)?

Enjoy BBC and Science Fiction.

No

Describe your first car

A hunk of junk. 1960 Biscayne. Standard and a real boat.

As you look back on your life, what advice would you give to your kids or grand kids?

Enjoy your childhood and don't rush being an adult.

Do you have any hobbies or what do you do for fun?

Gardening, watching UT football, UT baseball, Also enjoy watching Cowboys and the Rangers. Love the outdoors

What do you do to stay fit?

I do lots of walking with my dogs.

No

What would we be surprised to know about you?

Still have original color of my hair. Never colored it. It is just a little blonder(that is what happens to redheads)
